Previous Experience: I started as a file clerk for an insurance company and was promoted to various positions as the company grew.
Best and Worst Parts of the Job: The best part of my job is that it can be very challenging day to day. I work in an ever-changing industry. We work with many types of changes and no two policies are ever the same.
The worst part of my job can be the constant interruptions from other departments which distract me from the policy I'm working on.
