Job Tasks: I am responsible for helping my healthcare company save money on medical costs and increase its sales and retention by providing effective analysis and suggestions to its local representatives. I help develop and execute business plans. I work with our finance and production arms to improve channel P&Ls, affordability processes, and product business cases. I help identify, prioritize and drive reporting improvements. I manage third-party studies of product effectiveness. I help develop product bundling strategies.
Best and Worst Parts of the Job: The part of my job I like best is the opportunity it affords me to work with exceptionally bright and creative people.
The worst part? There are too many meetings and too much bureaucracy.
