Killen, Alabama, in Lauderdale county, is 36 miles NW of Decatur, Alabama (center to center) and 99 miles SW of Nashville, Tennessee. The town benefits from easy access to the nearby cities and towns with which it shares the Florence metropolitan area. Killen contains a population of approximately 1,119.
