Bryant, Arkansas, in Saline county, is 15 miles SW of Little Rock, Arkansas (center to center) and 143 miles W of Memphis, Tennessee. The city is part of the surrounding Little Rock - North Little Rock metro area; it is not an isolated city. About 9,764 people live in Bryant.
Bryant History
Bryant city is in Saline County, which was formed in the year 1835 from parts of Pulaski and Hempstead Counties. It was named Saline because of the salt works that were founded a few years before its formation. This city has Arkansas’ fourth highest median household income.
