Hawaiian Paradise Park is located in Hawai’i County, which was founded in 1905. It is a census - designated place. The first lots of the area were sold in the mid 1900s. David Watumull and Rick Edwards were some of the early settlers of the area. Originally the area was used for cattle grazing. It was served by the Union Pacific and Southern Pacific Railroads.
