Hugo, Minnesota, in Washington county, is 14 miles E of Coon Rapids, Minnesota (center to center) and 15 miles N of St. Paul, Minnesota. The city benefits from easy access to the nearby cities and towns with which it shares the Minneapolis - Saint Paul metropolitan area. Hugo contains a population of approximately 6,363.
