North Oaks, Minnesota, in Ramsey county, is 10 miles E of Coon Rapids, Minnesota (center to center) and 10 miles N of St. Paul, Minnesota. The city is considered part of the Minneapolis - Saint Paul metropolitan area. North Oaks has a population of 3,883.
