St. Stephen, Minnesota, in Stearns county, is 11 miles NW of St. Cloud, Minnesota (center to center) and 70 miles NW of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The city is included in the Saint Cloud metropolitan area. As of the year 2000 census, 860 people lived in St. Stephen.
