La Vista History

Incorporated in 1960, La Vista is the newest and fastest-growing cities in Nebraska. It is located in Sarpy County, which was explored by Lewis and Clerk in 1805. The city is located in Sarpy County, which was created on February 1, 1857, and named in honor of Colonel Peter Sarpy.
