Mayfield, Ohio, in Cuyahoga county, is 5 miles SE of Euclid, Ohio (center to center) and 13 miles E of Cleveland, Ohio. The village is included in the Cleveland - Lorain - Elyria metropolitan area. As of the year 2000 census, 3,435 people lived in Mayfield.
