Lebanon History

Linn County was named after Lebanon, Tennessee. It was incorporated in 1878. Notable residents of Lebanon city include Howard Hesseman, an American actor, Time Winters, television actor and voice actor for the Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II video game; and Jo Collins, an actress who was named Playmate of the Year in 1965.
