Conyngham, Pennsylvania, in Luzerne county, is 35 miles SW of Scranton, Pennsylvania (center to center) and 85 miles NW of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The town benefits from easy access to the nearby cities and towns with which it shares the Scranton - - Wilkes - Barre - - Hazleton metropolitan area. Conyngham contains a population of approximately 1,958.
