Oak Leaf, Texas, in Ellis county, is 17 miles SE of Grand Prairie, Texas (center to center) and 19 miles S of Dallas, Texas. The town is included in the Dallas metropolitan area. As of the year 2000 census, 1,209 people lived in Oak Leaf.
