Prosper, Texas, in Collin county, is 11 miles W of McKinney, Texas (center to center) and 30 miles N of Dallas, Texas. The town benefits from easy access to the nearby cities and towns with which it shares the Dallas metropolitan area. Prosper contains a population of approximately 2,097.
