Sunnyvale, Texas, in Dallas county, is 3 miles NE of Mesquite, Texas (center to center) and 13 miles E of Dallas, Texas. The town is included in the Dallas metropolitan area. As of the year 2000 census, 2,693 people lived in Sunnyvale.
