The Village of Ephraim lies along the shore of Green Bay, with a mostly unobscured view toward Peninsula State Park and Horseshoe Island.
The Village has permanent dock slips as well as transient slips for residents and tourists alike. We have woods to walk in, walking paths along the shore, parks and playground areas for the kids, and clean air.
Ephraim is known for its artisans, with some of the country's best known artists residing here. The hotels and resorts are well appointed and beautifully kept; some date back to the late 1800s.
Historic Preservation is key in the Village, and we have strict zoning regulations to keep the quaint and historic look of the Village.
