Overview of Accounting and Business School of the Rockies

Founded in 1996, Accounting and Business School of the Rockies is a vocational school with two locations in Colorado, in Greenwood Village and Northglenn. The school offers a selection of accounting and business certificate programs which take students less time to complete than full degree programs. Self paced programs are offered for those students who wish to learn at their own pace, or students may choose to take live, scheduled classes at the school. At the end of each class, students are required to take tests to ensure the proper level of learning is achieved prior to being awarded a certificate.

Accounting and Business School of the Rockies offers five different accounting and business certificate programs, including: Professional Bookkeeping, Office Management, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service and Call Center, and Microsoft Power User. All of the programs have a strong concentration on computer skills.

The application and enrollment process at the school is very easy for students. Interested students should contact the school for enrollment forms, and the school is available for appointments to assist in completing them. New classes start frequently, so students can begin a program at any time.

Accounting and Business School of the Rockies is a commuter school with classes offered at both of their locations. Students may choose between live scheduled classes or self-paced programs. Free seminars are also provided to students on how to start a bookkeeping business. The school also assists with job placement for graduates and has numerous relationships with staffing agencies.
