Antioch University McGregor, AUM, is a private university of higher learning in Yellow Springs, Ohio. It is named after Douglas Macgregor, a management professor and theorist. Founded in 1988, the university was given its present name in 2000.

AUM offers bachelor's degrees in early childhood education with Ohio licensure, liberal arts, management, humanities, health and wellness, human development, human service and administration. It offers the M.A. in management, conflict analysis and management, community change, and civic leadership. The university also provides a certificate in program management.

Antioch University McGregor offers Federal Subsidized Stafford Loan, Federal Unsubsidized Stafford Loan, and Federal Perkins Loan to those who are eligible.
