Asbury Theological Seminary, located in Wilmore, Kentucky, was established in 1923 by H. C. Morrison. The college, which offers master’s and doctoral degree programs in religion, also provides practical education related to ministry services. Students have over 15 study programs from which to choose.

Asbury Theological Seminary offers deserving students financial aid in the form of scholarships such as the Presidential Scholarships, the Dr. J. Ellsworth Kallas Pastoral Scholarships, the Dean’s Scholarships and the Trustee International Scholarships. Notable alumni of the college include Ted Strickland, present Governor of Ohio; James W. Holsinger, nominated United States Surgeon General; and Jacob DeShazer, a member of the Doolittle Raid during World War II.
