Ashland Community and Technical College, ACTC, was founded in 1938. Located in Ashland, Kentucky, ACTC is a public, two-year college and is a part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College Systems (KCTCS). It currently enrolls more than 4,000 students annually. The college grants certificates, diplomas and associate’s degrees in diverse areas of study. In addition to the various degrees and certificate programs, the college also offers an adult education and distance learning opportunities through several online courses.

The College has an active student administration working for the overall development of the students. ACTC’s campus is home to a variety of clubs and organizations including the Drama Club, the Multicultural Student Organization, Phi Theta Kappa, and Sigma Kappa Delta.
