Augustana College is a private, liberal arts college located in Rock Island, Illinois, United States. It was established in the year 1860. The college campus spreads across an area of 115 acres. The college offers major and minor degrees in more than 30 areas of study. Other courses such as Coordinated Degree Programs and Pre-Professional studies are also offered. In addition, students are provided opportunities to study abroad. The college's student body has an impressive number of international students.

Augustana College hosts more than 20 sports teams. They compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III and the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW ). Their teamS are nicknamed the Vikings. The Vikings participate in sports such as basketball, tennis, and swimming, among others.
