The present campus at Barstow Road was constructed in 1964. Another campus is situated at Ft. Irwin. The college offers a wide variety of degrees and certificate programs in diverse areas of study. BCC also offers online degree programs to students.
BBC’s athletics department sponsors several men’s and women’s sports teams. They are nicknamed the Vikings. Their official mascot is a Viking Warrior. They participate in sports such as intercollegiate and intramural men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, and soccer.
