Black Hawk College, also referred to as BHC, is a coeducational, community college located in Moline, Illinois. BHC was originally established as Moline Community College in 1946 to provide higher education to World War II veterans. In 1965, the College was renamed to Black Hawk College and became part of the system of higher education of the state of Illinois. The College now grants admission to more than 15,000 students every year.
