Broome Community College, also referred to as BCC, is a two-year, public, coeducational college located in Binghamton, Broome County, New York, United States. The College was founded in 1946 as New York State Institute of Applied Arts & Sciences at Binghamton. It was renamed to Broome County Technical Institute in 1953. It underwent another name change in 1956 and was called Broome Technical Community College. In 1971, it was given its present name.
