Cape Cod Community College, popularly referred to as 4-C’s, was founded in 1961. This 2-year community college is a part of the 15 community college system in Massachusetts. The campus of the 4-C’s is located in West Barnstable, Massachusetts, and offers enrollment to more than 4,000 students every semester.

Cape Cod Community College offers associate’s degrees in arts and sciences, along with certificate programs in various areas of study. Advanced degrees are also offered through partnerships with other colleges and universities. The academic departments of this college are:
