Carl Albert State College, also known as CASC, is located in Poteau, Oklahoma, United States. It was founded in the year 1933 as Poteau Junior College. The name was changed to Carl Albert State College in the year 1971. CASC operates smaller campuses in Idabel and Sallisaw.
