Central Carolina Technical College, also known as CCTC, is a comprehensive, public, two-year institution of higher education located in Sumter, South Carolina, United States. It was established in 1961 as an industrial training center. After a few name changes, it was finally renamed Central Carolina Technical College in 1992. The college offers a wide variety of associate degrees, diplomas, and certificate programs in diverse areas of study. It also provides non-credit continuing education and distance learning programs.
CCTC boasts of an active student life. The campus is home to several student clubs and organizations. Some of the popular organizations are the Central Carolina Student Nurses' Association, Central Carolina Computer Club (CCCC), and Creative Arts Society.
