The institution has several campus centers which are located throughout Missouri including Park Hills, Clinton, Columbia, Poplar Bluff, Ozarks, Trenton, Union, Sedalia, and St. Louis. Central Methodist University College of Graduate and Extended Studies participates in several sports sponsored by the university. These include basketball, softball, football, softball, and cross country among others. The teams are known as the Eagles and they compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
