Centre College is located in Danville, Kentucky. It is a four-year, private, liberal arts college. It was founded in 1819 by Presbyterian Leaders, and is among the country’s oldest schools. The campus is spread across an area of 150 acres. The college offers degrees with minors and majors in subjects including dramatic arts, education, gender studies, economics, and computer science.

The athletics teams of Centre College are known as the Colonels. They compete in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and the Division III of the NCAA. The Colonels participate in sports such as tennis, basketball, golf, swimming and diving, and soccer. Additionally, the students are also involved in numerous clubs and organizations such as the Centre Catholic Community, Centre Chess Club, Art Society, Badminton Club, and International Student Association.
