Cincinnati State Technical and Community College was chartered by the Ohio Board of Regents in 1969. It is a 2-year, open-enrollment, technical and community college, offering more than 40 certificate programs, and over 75 associate degree programs and majors. The college also offers distance education and online learning programs for the benefit of the students. There are 6 academic divisions of the university:
