Clinton Community College, also known as CCC, was chartered in the year 1966 and started offering classes from the year 1969. This community college is located in Clinton County, New York. It is a part of the State University of New York. CCC offers a number of associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in the streams of liberal arts, criminal justice, and human services, among others. In addition, it offers several certificate programs such as the Direct Support Specialist Certificate, and Alcohol/Substance Abuse Counseling Certificate.

Clinton Community College’s athletics department fields a large number of men's and women's sports teams. They are nicknamed the Cougars, and compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association. The Cougars participate sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, and softball.
