Coastal Bend College, commonly referred to as CBC, is a public community college located in Beeville, Texas, United States. It was established in 1965 as Bee County College or BCC. After a few name and status changes, it was officially renamed Coastal Bend College on September 1, 1998. CBC also operates several branch campuses in Alice, Kingsville, and Pleasanton. The college offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study.
CBC campus is home to several men’s and women’s sports teams. Their sports teams are nicknamed the Cougars. The Cougars participate in sports such as softball, volleyball, and basketball. The campus is home to several recognized student clubs and organizations.
