College of San Mateo, popularly called CSM, is a community college founded in 1922. The sprawling campus stretches out across 153 acres in the hills of San Mateo. Each semester, over 11,000 students are enrolled in this college. CSM offers more than 90 majors and certificate programs, over 80 associate’s degrees, and several hundred transfer areas.
