Hilbert College is a four-year college located in Hamburg, New York. It was established in 1957 by Mother Collette Hilbert of the Franciscan Sisters of Saint Joseph. The college’s campus is spread over 50 acres. It offers more than 10 four-year degree programs and is one of the few colleges in the country to offer programs in Economic Crime Investigation.
Hilbert College is a member of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference and is classified as an NCAA Division III institution. It fields teams in basketball, cross country, soccer, volleyball and golf. Its sports teams are known by the nickname Hawks. Students at Hilbert College can participate in clubs and organizations like the Adventure Club, the Human Services Association, the Communication Club, the Campus Ministry Club and the Society of Fine Arts.
