College of Southern Idaho, also referred to as CSI, is a public community college which was established in 1965. The College campus is stretched out on around 300 acres of land. CSI enrolls over 7,000 students in undergraduate courses, and has around 3,000 students in non-credit courses. The College of Southern Idaho offers associate’s degrees in arts, science, and applied science, and technical certificates in more than 100 disciplines.

The sports teams of CSI are called the Golden Eagles, and the team color is gold. The College has won 10 NJCAA national championships, including titles in men's basketball and baseball, and women's volleyball. CSI also has a rodeo team which has won 3 national championships.
