Founded in 1958, the College of Southern Maryland or CSM is a public, regional community college, located in La Plata, Maryland. It has campuses and training centers in Charles County, St. Mary's County and Calvert County. The four campuses in Southern Maryland are:
CSM confers over 120 programs in different fields of study, including Associate of Arts, Associate of Science and Associate of Applied Science degree programs. CSM also offers a wide range of continuing education certificates and career training programs.
