Copper Mountain Community College

Copper Mountain College, established in 1966 and often abbreviated as CMC, is a coeducational community college located in Joshua Tree, California, United States. CMC offers associate's degrees in more than 20 educational streams, such as, art, business, communications and computer science.

The college campus is home to a large number of student organizations. These include the Christian Club for Christian students, the History Club, Creative Writing & Literary Society, Students with Abilities, etc. Some of these clubs organize various cultural programs in college at regular intervals. The Creative Writing & Literary Society even accepts people from outside as members, depending on their creative abilities.

The students publish and manage a student driven, monthly publication called The Voice.
