Covenant College

Covenant College is a Christian college which was established in 1955. The college was initially located in Pasadena, California, and was later moved to St. Louis, Missouri. Finally, in 1965, the campus was set up in Lookout Mountain, Georgia. The Covenant College offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse areas of study.

The sports teams of the college are nicknamed the Scots and the Lady Scots. The teams participate in sports including baseball, softball, basketball, golf, cross country, and soccer. The sports teams compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and the Appalachian Athletic Conference.

The student-published "Parents eNewsletter" offers regular updates to the parents. In addition, Covenant College supports a number of clubs and organizations such as the Debate Society, Musical Theatre Club, Volleyball Club, Mu Alpha Theta Prime, African American Fellowship, and Philosophy Club.
