Situated in Omaha, Nebraska, Creighton University is a private Roman Catholic institution situated upon 108 acres. It was founded in 1878 when Mary Lucretia Creighton expressed her desire in her will to establish a school in the memory of her husband. The university offers graduate and undergraduate programs.
