Founded in 1999, the school currently has three campuses. The main campus is located at 3721-1 NW 7th Street, Miami, FL 33126. The Hialeah Campus (built in 2007) is located at 2750 W 68th Street, Suite 202, Hialeah, FL 33016. A relatively new Homestead Campus is located at 381 N Krome Ave, Homestead, FL 33030. Construction is near completion on all-new Hollywood (FL) Campus set to open by spring 2010. Corporate offices are located in central Miami – 3401 NW 7th Street, Miami, FL 33125.
Diploma and or Associate of Science degrees are available in programs of study such as Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography, Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound, General Radiologic Technology, Massage Therapy and Medical Assistant. Additionally, the school now offers a new Practical Nursing diploma program from the all three current campuses and a Registered Nurse Associate of Science degree program from their Miami and Hialeah campuses. Dade Medical College will soon be reintroducing a new and improved Healthcare Management Associate of Science degree program.
Dade Medical College is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools and the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (Miami Campus) and is licensed by the Florida Commission for Independent Education, to which Gov. Charlie Crist appointed school CEO Ernesto Perez commissioner. Dade Medical College has also been approved by the Florida Board of Nursing and is a member of the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges, where Perez and COO Dean Bartness serve as board members.
