DeKalb Technical College College, one of the oldest technical colleges in Georgia, was established in 1961. The college provides training and skills to the students in order to enter the workplace. The college offers Associate of Applied Science Degree Programs, Diploma Programs, and Technical Certificate of Credit Programs. The college also offers continuing education programs and distance learning programs.
DeKalb Technical College offers a wide variety of events for the students and hosts several student clubs and organizations for the overall development of the students.
