The Des Moines Area Community College is a community college situated in Iowa. It offers classes in Ankeny, Boone, Carroll, and Des Moines (which make up the Urban Campus) and in Newton and West Des Moines (which are the components of the West campus). DMACC also offers a wide variety of online classes.

DMACC has major areas of focus in the fields of nursing, computing and vocational training, with more than 75 career programs. The college enjoys close ties with the three major regent universities in Iowa - Iowa State University, University of Iowa and University of Northern Iowa.

The sports teams of DMACC are nicknamed the Bears. They compete in the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference and the National Junior College Athletic Association.
