Eastern Maine Community College, established in 1966 and often referred to as EMCC, is a community college located in Bangor, Maine, United States. The college offers a number of associate degrees in a wide range of subjects.
The athletics teams of the college compete in intercollegiate soccer, basketball, and golf. The college also allows students to participate in various intramural sports of their choice. The Johnston Gymnasium provides state-of-the-art fitness facilities to the students of EMCC.
The EMCC Alumni Association, formerly known as EMVTI Alumni Association, was established on May 23, 1981 with only 176 charter members. It has since expanded considerably to a full-fledged alumni association, with thousands of students in its roster.
