Edgecombe Community College, also known as ECC, is located in North Carolina, United States. It was established in the year 1967. The college campus consists of more than 8 buildings that spread across an area of 120 acres. ECC offers various master, bachelor, and associate degrees in several fields of study. It also offers a number of special certification courses. Other courses are also available through ECC's distance education programs. ECC offers continuing education courses as well.

ECC aims to maintain an active student life. The campus is home to various clubs and organizations including the Student Government Association, Human Services Organization, Student Nurses Association, and Phi Theta Kappa, among others.
