Elon University, established in 1889, is a private liberal arts university situated in Elon, North Carolina. It was founded by the Christian Church and was originally known as Elon College. It achieved university status on June 1, 2001. Elon University offers enrollment to over 5,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students every year. The sprawling campus of this university is spread out over 575 acres of land. Elon University comprises of the:

Half of math SAT scores of accepted students fell between 570 and 660.
