Overview of Everest College
As of April 2009, Everest College has more than 40 locations in 11 U.S. states, and also offers programs online. Everest College is operated by Rhodes College, Inc. which is a branch of Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (CCi). CCi owns and operates campuses at more than 80 locations throughout the U.S. Everest College offers courses, certificates, associates, and bachelors degrees. The college opened its doors in 1982, and was initially called the Academy of Business College.

The college has a low pressure, easy admissions process. All that is required is to fill out a basic informational form. The school also asks each student to take a career placement test designed to help them determine how to get the most out of the courses they take at the college.

Everest College Student Life
Students do not live on campus at the school. The campus locations consist of classrooms and labs, and students commute to the school to take the classes. Online students, of course, may take the classes at their convenience, at home, their office, or wherever they have an Internet connection.
