Florida Technical College (FTC) provides students the opportunity to join the exciting and expanding careers fields of health care, computers and programming, design and business. The admission's process at Florida Technical College starts when an application is filled out by a prospective student. All applicants should be older than 18 years of age and have a high school or equivalent diploma. High school seniors are permitted to apply to the college, pending graduation. All new applicants must be interviewed by an admission's representative, who will go over the entire registration process and interview the applicant to make sure they are right for the programs at Florida Technical College. A tour of the campus is recommended to all new students to learn the layout of their campus.

The faculty quality at Florida Technical College is all high, with many of the professors who teach the course material coming from a strong background in the fields they cover. The faculty are able to take the hands-on centered course material at the school and combine that with their experiences to give students one of the most well-rounded career foundations around. This is because of the excellent reputation the school has for its courses, job placement, and the climate the campus is located in.
