Serving both Forsyth and Stokes counties, Forsyth Technical Community College is a 2-year public community college in North Carolina. FTCC is one of the largest colleges in the North Carolina Community College System.

In addition to a main campus, the college comprises an auxiliary west campus along with 6 other locations. Forsyth Tech also holds distance learning classes.

Forsyth Tech offers more than 175 programs of study leading to associates degrees, certificates or diplomas in a wide variety of fields. FTCC’s Curriculum Programs include Associate in Applied Science Degrees, College Transfer Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates and Programs that are available entirely on-line.

Student publications include the ‘Student Academic Planner’ and the student newsletter ‘Technically Speaking.'

Forsyth Tech offers a number of extracurricular opportunities. Intramural teams participate in coed volleyball and basketball. Students are also offered sports such as golf tournaments, bowling leagues and ice skating opportunities.
