Frank Philips College, also known as FPC, is a two-year, community junior college located in Borger, Texas, United States. FPC was founded in the year 1948. It offers more than 35 programs of study including agriculture, biology, business, computers, history, mathematics, physics, psychology, and management. These programs lead to associate’s degrees in arts, science, and applied science. FPC also offers online education, continuing education, and workforce training programs to students.

FPC Athletic Department organizes various sporting events at the College. The College has teams for basketball, baseball, volleyball, softball, and golf. FPC has cheerleading, rodeo, and livestock judging teams. FPC provides financial assistance for Vocational or Technical students. The College also grants development corporation, private and institutional scholarships to deserving students.
