Founded in 1895, Graceland University is a large institution which spans two campus sites: the main campus, situated in Lamoni, Iowa, which offers 43 undergraduate majors, 60 degree options, and 17 varsity sports; and a high-tech urban campus located in Independence, Missouri. The University also has an active online program leading to a variety of graduate and undergraduate degrees, primarily in the education and health areas. Of particular interest are Graceland's online offerings leading to Masters of Education (MEd) degrees. The online MEd Program is administered from the Independence, Missouri campus.
